Responsibilities
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional bias audits across multimodal AI models using quantum-assisted verification tools
- Develop real-time ethical impact monitoring dashboards for deployed AI agents
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to shape 2026 AI compliance standards
- Mentor junior engineers in responsible AI development methodologies
- Publish whitepapers on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with 5+ years applied experience
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proficiency with quantum-assisted bias detection technologies
- Published research on explainable AI or algorithmic accountability
- Experience designing ethical review boards for high-stakes AI deployments
