Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and risk assessments for high-impact AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups with engineering, legal, and product teams
- Design transparent AI governance protocols and stakeholder communication strategies
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in public policy forums and industry standards
- Create training programs to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and adapt frameworks proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience conducting bias assessments and algorithmic audits
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI framework development or implementation
- Knowledge of emerging AI trends and their societal implications post-2025
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence stakeholders across disciplines
