Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with focus on ethics
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethical technology development
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic bias
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Experience with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI systems preferred
