Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI governance experience
- Proven track record developing ethical AI frameworks for deployed systems
- Expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML models
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse cultural and organizational contexts
- Published research or industry contributions to AI ethics discourse
