Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Proficiency in auditing ML models for fairness and bias
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in ethical philosophy applied to technology
- Experience with participatory design methodologies for inclusive tech
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or tech policy preferred
