Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical design principles into AI development
- Lead stakeholder engagement to build consensus on responsible AI practices
- Proactively identify emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proven experience designing ethics review processes for large-scale AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI Ethics or related field preferred
