Responsibilities

- Establish governance protocols for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Author thought leadership papers on emerging AI ethics paradigms
- Collaborate with global regulators to shape AI policy frameworks
- Monitor real-time AI system performance through ethical compliance dashboards
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of applied AI ethics experience
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Technical proficiency in machine learning model auditing tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Demonstrated success in scaling ethical AI initiatives across enterprise environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or algorithmic fairness
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across C-suite, regulatory bodies, and community organizations
