Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards and emerging regulations
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems across product lifecycle, identifying bias mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to promote ethical AI practices across the organization
- Advocate for responsible AI policies through industry partnerships and thought leadership
- Monitor evolving ethical AI landscape and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or responsible technology development
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in bias detection and fairness metrics for machine learning systems
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical and ethical concepts
- Experience with AI audit methodologies and compliance frameworks
