We are seeking a visionary AI & Future Tech Strategist to lead our roadmap towards the 2026 vision. In this pivotal role, you will define the architectural direction for next-generation artificial intelligence systems and drive the strategic adoption of emerging technologies.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive, multi-year technology strategy that aligns AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead the research and implementation of breakthrough technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Edge Computing.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, AI research, or strategic technology leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and driving digital transformation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
