As a cornerstone of our C-suite leadership team, you'll incubate moonshot projects while ensuring ethical AI governance and commercial viability. You'll interface with Fortune 500 partners, government agencies, and academic institutions to pioneer next-gen applications in healthcare, climate tech, and human augmentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing 2026-era AI prototypes (neural quantum hybrids, AGI safety frameworks)
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and emerging tech trends
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder negotiations and ROI modeling
- Chair global ethics councils establishing AI governance frameworks for 2026+ deployment
- Develop commercialization pathways for breakthrough tech (neural implants, climate AI)
- Present future-vision keynotes at Davos, CES, and academic symposia
- Mentor CTOs and innovation directors across portfolio companies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing or equivalent with 15+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Published research in Nature/Science on AGI safety or quantum neural networks
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Fluency in 5+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#) and quantum computing frameworks
- Portfolio of 3+ disruptive technologies deployed at scale
