Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy, aligning with UN SDGs and emerging market needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-ML hybrid systems for healthcare and climate modeling
- Establish ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and NASA for next-gen research
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE global summits
- Manage $15M R&D budget for experimental computing infrastructure
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Nexus Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computational Neuroscience, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping at least two AI systems with >10M users
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on human-AI symbiosis
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology disruption
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented AI breakthroughs
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance for government AI collaboration projects
