Located in our San Francisco innovation hub, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, industry disruptors, and government partners to pioneer solutions for climate resilience, quantum computing applications, and human-AI symbiosis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research in generative AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech into product roadmaps
- Present findings at Davos, TED Talks, and industry summits
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and AI researchers
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Computer Science, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to >$100M ARR
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance preferred for government partnerships
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ commercialized AI innovations
- Certification in Futurist Studies from World Future Society
