Responsibilities
- Architect QuantumLeap's 2026 AI innovation strategy including neural interface development and quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead research initiatives on next-generation autonomous systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Develop patent-pending AI solutions for climate modeling and sustainable resource optimization
- Advose Fortune 500 clients on AI transformation roadmaps and implementation blueprints
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for collaborative R&D
- Present findings at global tech summits including AI Expo 2026 and Quantum Computing Symposium
- Mentor emerging AI talent through QuantumLeap's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on advanced neural networks or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in federated learning, generative adversarial networks, and quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development practices
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology transformation strategies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
