- Mentor junior researchers in emerging disciplines like synthetic consciousness and digital twins
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Computing with 8+ years in R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations (minimum 3 exits/valuations >$100M)
- Expertise in AGI safety protocols, neural architecture design, and quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points (quantum-AI-neuro interfaces)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
