Qualifications

- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and generative adversarial networks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in designing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Experience with strategic technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio showcasing 2026-focused technology projects or papers
