Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced AI frameworks for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype quantum neural networks
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers and research institutions
- Develop roadmaps for quantum-AI integration across enterprise systems
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through white papers and demonstrations
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and architectures
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QML) and frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and GPU-accelerated AI
- Experience leading technical teams through agile development of complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Strong understanding of ethical AI development and quantum security protocols
