Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AGI, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems) and translate findings into actionable strategies
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment and bias mitigation
- Partner with product teams to integrate predictive AI capabilities across enterprise solutions
- Present future technology visions to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Mentor AI/ML specialists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level AI/ML solutions and strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI deployment
- Exceptional futurist thinking with demonstrated success in forecasting tech trends
