Responsibilities

- Lead quantum-AI hybrid system development for predictive analytics and autonomous decisioning

- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy AI solutions transforming supply chains and energy grids
- Mentor 15+ engineers in emerging AI paradigms including generative adversarial networks and federated learning
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from DARPA, NSF, and private innovation consortiums
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature AI and top-tier AI conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Quantum Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems at scale (e.g., LLMs, reinforcement learning)
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and error correction methodologies
