Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic tech roles
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with federated learning and decentralized AI architectures
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and AGI development pathways
