Responsibilities

- Lead development of autonomous decision-making systems with ethical guardrails
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging AI paradigms (quantum, neuromorphic, swarm)
- Architect human-AI collaboration frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on AI futures
- Oversee pilot programs for predictive analytics in high-stakes industries
- Establish governance protocols for next-generation AI safety and alignment
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/ML, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in AI research with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published work on AI ethics, explainable AI, or human-AI interaction
- Proven experience developing AI roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or swarm intelligence
- Proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating AI system design from concept to deployment
