Qualifications
- PhD in AI/ML or equivalent with 5+ years in strategic tech foresight

- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and causal inference
- Proven track record of translating academic concepts to commercial products
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)

- Fluency in Python, PyTorch, and MLOps orchestration tools
