Responsibilities
- Design AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping generative AI solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic visions at global tech summits including CES and Web Summit
- Partner with policy advisors to shape AI legislation and international standards
- Drive innovation sprints focused on explainable AI and human-centric interfaces
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms and neural-symbolic integration
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum machine learning
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy architectures
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE, ACM) with policy advisory experience
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
