Responsibilities

- Drive policy recommendations for AI governance at state/federal levels
- Lead quantum-resistant cryptography implementation for critical infrastructure
- Mentorate PhD researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Quantum Computing with 7+ years strategic leadership
- Published work on quantum machine learning or neural interfaces
- Experience with UN AI Ethics Guidelines or NIST AI Framework
- Proven track record in tech policy advocacy (patents preferred)
- Deep knowledge of quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Portfolio demonstrating AI system design at scale
- Clearance for government-contractor collaboration
