Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 AI ecosystem strategy integrating quantum computing and neural lace interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Develop predictive behavioral models for 2026 market adoption patterns
- Present quarterly technology roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging AI ethics and alignment frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in AI/Neuroscience or equivalent with 5+ years in quantum machine learning
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI interaction (2020-2023)
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy protocols
- Portfolio of deployed neural interfaces or brain-computer interfaces
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
