- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and governance
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems at scale (GPT-4 level or equivalent)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional leadership managing teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI or similar tier venues
- Proficiency in MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud-native architectures
