Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of next-gen AI solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines processing petabytes of real-time data
- Partner with product teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready innovations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in AI ethics and responsible implementation frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum computing integration and neural network optimization
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying production AI systems with measurable business impact
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Strong background in MLOps, cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ engineers across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends: quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, AGI safety
