Responsibilities
- Architect AI roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible innovation
- Present strategic AI visions to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for experimental AI projects
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale AI products
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Strong background in AI ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Experience securing government grants for AI research (DARPA, NSF)
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms
