Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-human integration frameworks for enterprise clients
- Develop real-time neural interfaces connecting AI decision engines with human operators
- Create ethical governance protocols for AI-human collaborative systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI workflow solutions
- Conduct advanced simulations of human-AI symbiotic environments
- Research and integrate emerging quantum AI technologies into production systems
- Develop predictive models for human-AI collaboration efficiency optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing AI-human interaction systems at scale
- Expertise in neural interface technologies and real-time data processing
- Published research in human-AI collaboration or cognitive computing
- Proficiency in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and governance frameworks
- Experience with AR/VR integration for human-AI visualization systems
- Certification in Advanced Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
