Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures aligned with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Optimize existing neural networks for real-time inference and reduced latency.
- Establish ethical AI guidelines and bias mitigation frameworks for future deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate roadmap goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, including significant experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models into production environments at scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python and C++.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term technology trends.
