Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML/AI architectures for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Develop quantum-enhanced algorithms to solve previously impossible computational problems
- Lead research initiatives in neural network optimization and federated learning
- Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to hybridize classical and quantum algorithms
- Create robust MLOps pipelines for scalable AI deployment across global infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals
- Drive ethical AI development frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade AI/ML systems at scale
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and low-level optimization techniques
- Experience with distributed computing and GPU/TPU acceleration
