Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent with ML specialization
- 5+ years building production-grade AI systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum computing exposure
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics
- Proficiency in federated learning frameworks
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware
- Track record of deploying ML at scale
