Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles from prototype to production deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Optimize model performance using advanced techniques like federated learning and MLOps

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS/GCP
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale (>1M users)
- Strong foundation in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus, statistics)
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
