Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation computational loads.
- Generative AI Strategy: Define and implement strategies for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative workflows into core business processes.
- Data Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, data privacy, and bias mitigation in automated systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps for C-suite executives and product managers.
- Roadmap Planning: Anticipate technological shifts (e.g., Quantum Readiness) and adjust architectural strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate industry trends leading up to 2026.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
