Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex problem domains
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Publish findings in top-tier AI journals and conferences
- Develop scalable solutions for real-time AI deployment in edge computing environments
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through hackathons and internal R&D sprints
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Stay current with emerging AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with transformer models and reinforcement learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and productionizing ML systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
