Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning architectures for next-generation AI applications
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI, multimodal systems, and ethical AI frameworks
- Develop scalable solutions for real-time data processing and inference optimization
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences and journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of publishing research in AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in at least one specialized area: NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
