Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research experience in AI/ML systems
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Strong publication record at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible development practices
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
