Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and neuromorphic computing
- Design and implement novel architectures for next-gen LLMs and multimodal systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI hybrid computing stacks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead cross-functional research pods
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for 2026-focused AI initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 3+ years of postdoc experience or equivalent
- Published at least 3 papers in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum algorithms, or neuromorphic computing
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training expertise
