Responsibilities

- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Collaborate with neuromorphic engineering teams on brain-inspired computing
- Translate research prototypes into production-grade solutions
- Publish findings in Nature AI, Science Robotics, and top-tier conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years post-doctoral experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at scale (10M+ users)
- Familiarity with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or biologically-inspired AI
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
