Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent with 5+ years research experience

- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq)
