Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead research in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Develop proprietary algorithms for multi-modal data fusion and real-time inference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy research prototypes at scale
- Author breakthrough publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through internal hackathons
- Secure patents for proprietary AI methodologies and system designs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-level ML systems with 10M+ user impact
- Expertise in quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Proven track record of translating theoretical research into commercial applications
