Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead quantum machine learning projects with 100+ qubit processors
- Develop ethical AI frameworks for post-2025 regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to create human-centric AI solutions
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI and quantum computing journals
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI-quantum hybrid algorithms
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/Science with quantum AI focus
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI systems at scale (>10M users)
- Deep understanding of 2026 AI regulatory landscape and ethics frameworks
- Experience with federated learning and edge AI deployment
