Responsibilities

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Prototype neural-symbolic integration systems using 5nm neuromorphic chips
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on federated learning standards
- Mentor PhD researchers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with focus on quantum machine learning
- 5+ years experience with transformer architectures at scale (>1B parameters)
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR conferences (2020-2023)
- Expertise in Python/TensorFlow/PyTorch with CUDA optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qiskit experience preferred)
- Strong background in ethical AI alignment and value learning
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary research teams
