Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML journals (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100k+ parameter model optimization
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (CUDA, Kubernetes)
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into scalable production systems
- Security clearance eligibility for government-funded projects
