Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures leveraging quantum computing principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing explainable AI frameworks for high-stakes decision systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/ML journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hardware interfaces
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous AI systems
- Patent core algorithms for next-generation cognitive computing
- Mentor PhD researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years research experience
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and tensor networks
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in ethical AI design and bias mitigation
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
