Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers/year in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to create brain-compute interfaces
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready prototypes
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production-grade deep learning systems
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and NISQ-era hardware
- Published research in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100M+ parameter model deployment
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks
