Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with published peer-reviewed papers
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and NLP
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems
- Strong background in ethical AI and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary research teams
- Published at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
