Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in neural architecture optimization for 2026-era applications
- Develop novel algorithms for quantum-AI hybrid computing systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, NeurIPS)
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in our accelerator program
- Secure $5M+ in annual research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into production-ready prototypes
- Present findings at global tech summits including Web Summit and AI World Congress
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years publishing in top-tier AI/ML conferences (ICML, CVPR, ICLR)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and federated learning
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants
- Track record of developing patents with commercial applications
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and biologically-inspired AI
