Responsibilities
- Lead advanced R&D projects in generative AI, quantum computing integration, and neural architecture optimization
- Develop scalable ML models for real-time data processing in autonomous systems

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
- Ensure ethical AI development through bias mitigation and transparency frameworks
- Secure patents for novel AI methodologies and intellectual property
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Publication record at NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 AI conferences
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience deploying production ML systems on AWS/GCP with MLOps best practices
- Strong background in AI ethics, fairness metrics, and responsible AI development
- Ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
- Track record of securing research grants or corporate innovation funding
