Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and AGI alignment
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time predictive modeling in complex systems
- Collaborate with ethics council to establish AI safety protocols for 2030+ deployments
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers and domain specialists
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- 5+ years of applied research in AI/ML with published top-tier conference papers
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and distributed ML systems
- Proven track record of commercializing AI innovations (patents or products)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with large-scale computational infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure quantum services)
- Ability to translate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders (technical to C-suite)
