Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise-wide deployment
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders
